This week on the Tales of a Red Clay Rambler Podcast I have an interview with Bill Daley. Throughout his seventy year career he has created large scale terra cotta works that expand the boundaries of the contemporary vessel. A noted educator, Bill spent over forty years teaching in higher education and has received numerous awards of distinction from the College Art Association, American Craft Council, the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage and many others institutions. William Daley: 14 for 7 is now on display at the Schein-Joseph International Museum of Ceramic Art at Alfred University. The retrospective show features fourteen vessels made between 1954 and 2014.
